  • If you have issues with me, TELL ME. TALK TO ME. I GUARANTEE you it will be SO MUCH EASIER if you just tell me you have an issue rather than getting other people involved. You make it so much bigger than it needs to be. Please just talk to me first instead of bringing other people in something that does not involve them.

4. TALKING

  • Do not talk down to me. I do not care how old you are, I do not care if you are older than me. Do not treat me like I am a child. Do not use childish terms on me (baby, dear, darling, sweetheart, anything else you would call a kid, etc.) unless I've said you can. I am aware that sometimes it may not be your intention for it to be childish, but it personally comes across that way 9 times out of 10. It feels incredibly demeaning, even if that's not your intention. So please do not do it.
